What cookies are
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may store settings, support security or measure website use.
Cookies currently required
The CRM uses a session cookie for authentication, MFA state, security and session continuity. Public vehicle enquiries may use the same session mechanism for CSRF protection and abuse prevention. These functions are necessary for the requested service and are not used to sell personal information.
Optional analytics and marketing
No optional analytics, advertising or behavioural-profiling cookie should be enabled unless it has been assessed, disclosed and—where required—activated only after a valid user choice. If these services are added, this policy and the website preference control must be updated before deployment.
Third-party content
An embedded map or external link may cause the third party to process technical information under its own privacy terms. The Contact page loads a map only where configured. Users may choose not to interact with embedded third-party content.
Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies using browser settings. Blocking an essential security or session cookie may prevent login, form submission or other protected functions.
Privacy rights
See the POPIA Privacy Policy for processing purposes, rights and Information Officer contact details.
