EJS Trading and Sourcing CC provides financial advice and/or intermediary services only within its authorised FAIS licence categories and conditions, and may support motor dealers and customers with vehicle-finance applications and related products. The exact provider, product, capacity and representative involved must be disclosed before a transaction is concluded.
Not a lender and no guaranteed approval
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, EJS Finance is not the credit provider. Credit decisions, interest rates, fees and conditions are determined by the relevant registered credit provider after its assessment. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or delivery of a vehicle.
Product suppliers, relationships and remuneration
We may submit business to banks, insurers, warranty or value-added product providers and may receive commission, fees or other permitted financial interests. Transaction-specific remuneration, material relationships, product-supplier details and potential conflicts will be disclosed as required. Customers may request further information before accepting a product.
Advice and customer responsibility
Where advice is provided, relevant information should be gathered and the basis for the recommendation recorded. Customers must provide complete and accurate information, read product terms, exclusions, costs and disclosures, and ask questions before signing. No employee may promise approval or represent that an optional product is compulsory unless it is genuinely required by the selected provider and lawfully disclosed.
